                        The Federación Canófila de Puerto Rico has certified countless dogs that for different reasons are not registered with an official organization.

 

Certified personnel will evaluate your dog by the breed’s FCI Official Standard. If your dog is certified the FCPR will issue a registration certificate that will establish the breed of your dog, name, sex, date of birth, and its owner.

 

This certification will establish the ownership of the dog and allow them to compete in FCPR official events, register litters and finish National Championships.
